By accessing and using Snaply time tracking platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Snaply for personal or commercial time tracking purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Snaply
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the time tracking data you enter. Snaply is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate data entry.

5. Service Modifications

Snaply reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Snaply or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if Snaply has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snaply operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
